With 29 years of experience I have built a reputation for being a leader, who interprets the market accurately, defines strategic direction and delivers success by motivating, developing and inspiring teams to be better in all they do every time they do it.
I am a career retail manager with a history of delivering success on the bottom-line through strong operations, merchandising, financial and people skills.
My experience across different retail formats in Western and Asian countries means I know what to do and when to do it to achieve success – I am a unique manager.
Extensive experience gives me diverse skills in site selection, store design and layout, leasing, manpower planning, product ranging, product development, importing, sales channel distribution, brand management, marketing, financial planning and control.
Whilst I am a “retailaholic” addicted to delivering sustainable success I also have a passion to enjoy the journey … everyday is another opportunity to enjoy life and smile!
